The goal of the Information stream of the ACN is to become the leading digital source of information regarding the arts. We will use leading edge technology and contemporary approaches to communicate to our members and the public.
Among the programs under way in the ACN’s Information stream:
- a fully functional website with a contemporary look and state-of-the-art features
- an event blog with a complete listing of current arts events maintained directly by our members
- a focused, relevant newsletter and standards-compliant newsletter distribution system
- a Twitter account where we tweet news of upcoming events
- a Google map of arts and arts-related venues in the County
- a secure membership database with automation of member manaement functions
